Account Deletion and Data Retention

Students can delete their account at any time from the Profile page of the student portal. To confirm the request, we send a verification code to your registered email address.

Immediately: your account is deactivated. You are signed out of all devices and can no longer sign in or reset your password. Your mobile number and email address stay linked to the deleted account, so they can't be used to register a new account until it is permanently deleted. We email a confirmation to your registered email address.
Within 30 days: your data is kept, and the account can be restored if you contact us. After a restore, we email you instructions to set a new password using "Forgot password".
After 30 days: your account is permanently deleted automatically. This removes your sign-in details, profile (name, email address and mobile number), course progress and quiz results, certificates, notifications and shopping cart. A deleted account cannot be restored after this point.

The same timeline applies if we delete a student account, for example at your request.

To meet our accounting and legal obligations and to keep course records accurate, we keep records of payments, payment proofs and course enrollments after an account is deleted. Reviews and ratings you posted on courses also remain.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
